Father’s Day Brunch will feature such delicious appetizers as Spicy Gumbo with Andouille Sausage, Chicken, Crab and Shrimp; Shrimp and Cheese Grits with Bacon, Rock Shrimp Ragoût and Sweet Corn Coulis; Balsamic Braised Short Rib Tortelloni with Kale and Parmesan Cream; and Heirloom Tomatoes and Summer Vegetable Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette.
Some of the entrées choices will include a Mixed Grill with Lamb Chop, Andouille Sausage, Lemon Herb Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes and Red Eye Gravy; Blackened Atlantic Salmon with Crawfish Ragoût with Sautéed Greens and Oyster “Dirty” Rice; Grilled Petite Tender with Blue Cheese Grits, Scrambled Eggs, Spring Beans and Red Wine Demi-Glace; and Sun Dial Crab Cake Benedict with Spicy Ham, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Poached Eggs and Hollandaise. The dessert will be Chef Khoi’s Father’s Day Delight.
