El Pollo Loco, the flame-grilled Mexican chicken restaurant, is opening its eighth location in Georgia, and the closest to Intown, at 3979 Buford Highway. The other seven are in the burbs, including Roswell, Lithia Springs, Marietta and Gainesville. Over the next two years, the company plans to expand with restaurants in Stockbridge, Douglasville and Snellville.The draw for this fast-casual eatery -- which offers drive-thru, dine-in or take out -- is the citrus-marinated chicken cooked on a grill. There's also a self-serve salsa bar and traditional Mexican favorites like tacos, burritos, tortillas and salads.
