A first-generation Italian-American, Napoli joins NEO from acclaimed Italian fine-dining spot, Dazies Restaurant, in New York, where he has served as executive chef since 2005. From 2001 until 2005, Napoli worked as the executive corporate chef at the Forest City Daly Company. Previously, he held positions at such respected establishments as Mare Restaurant, Cove Restaurant and Mia Sorella Ristorante, which, under his direction, was given a rating of Excellent by the New York Times, was awarded three stars by the New Jersey Star Ledger, and earned a score of 23 with New Jersey Zagats.
In his new role as chef de cuisine, Napoli will be responsible for NEO's daily operation, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. He will oversee eleven staff members and create NEO’s menus seasonally.
