Starbucks Announces Atlanta Closings

Take a deep breath and try not to panic, Starbucks fans. The company has released the list of 13 Georgia stores that will be closed by March 2009. Specific closing dates were not released. Starbucks announced earlier this year that it would close 600 underperforming stores around the country.

The list includes three Intown stores: 250 Park Avenue West near the Georgia Aquarium, the store at Peachtree and 17th streets in Midtown and 2941 Paces Ferry Road in Vinings.

Veterans Memorial Parkway and Buckner Boulevard in Mableton

East-West Connector and S. Cobb Drive, 4624 Camp Highland Road SE

Macon Mall, 3661 Eisenhower Parkway in Macon

Bass Road & Starcadia Circle, 1693 Bass Road in Macon
