Tin Lizzy's Now Open in Grant Park

Tin Lizzy's Taqueria and Cantina, a locally-established neighborhood restaurant and bar, has opened its second location in Grant Park.

The new location will inherit the original menu items, including gourmet soft tacos, a variety of dips and fresh salads, as well as the restaurant’s extensive margarita list, signature cocktails and more than 30 beer selections. Guests will experience the same converted grocery store layout along with the legendary outdoor patio that offers a commanding view of Atlanta's skyline and overlooks the impressive Oakland Cemetery in Grant Park.

The bottom floor of Tin Lizzy’s will boast more than 1,500 square feet of dining space in a relaxed setting with seven high-definition televisions and a full bar. Patrons can also choose to sit on the 500-square-foot outdoor patio, which offers a stimulating dining experience facing the Oakland Cemetery. Tin Lizzy’s plans to expand the patio in spring 2009 to include more seating, another full-service bar and a restroom.

Located at 412 Memorial Dr., Tin Lizzy’s in Grant Park sits across from the historic Oakland Cemetery. Tin Lizzy’s will be open on Sunday and Monday, 11 a.m. – midnight, and Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. - 2 a.m., serving food until 11 p.m. nightly. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. All major credit cards are accepted. No reservations.
