Alon's Bakery & Market offers Atlanta a kosher option with its extensive special Passover menu. Leave it to Alon Balshan, a native of Israel who has been introducing authentic flavors to the palates of Atlantans for more than 15 years, create a properly prepared bounty. Mouthwatering appetizers followed by impressive main dishes, delicious sides and flourless desserts made with matzah and cake meal from Atlanta's gourmet destination fit the Passover dinner profile.

Proving that traditional and delectable are not mutually exclusive terms, Balshan creates feasts that are both unleavened and irresistible with several of the classic ingredients that symbolize the most important points of Passover including matzo, lamb, apple mixtures and red wine.
