Panera Bread Introduces New Summer Options

Panera Bread has expanded its menu to feature new summer flavors in its Chopped Cobb Salad and Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. Panera strives to integrate fresh produce and carefully paired flavors in summer menu items that are sure to refresh and satisfy.

The chain's new Chopped Cobb Salad features all-natural, antiobiotic-free pepper-mustard chicken, Applewood-smoked bacon, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, fresh tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and crisp romaine lettuce seasoned with herb vinaigrette dressing.

The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad is an old favorite, made from romaine lettuce, pecans, fat-free reduced sugar Poppyseed dressing and an assortment of fresh fruit. It is great for the health-conscious diner.

Panera is also introducing summer drinks to beat the heat, including a Low-fat Strawberry Smoothie, made with organic yogurt and a full serving of fruit, as well as a new Frozen Lemonade. The restaurant will also offer a Frozen Mocha with Belgian cocoa, vanilla extract, and whipped cream.
