The debate over dressing and stuffing is as hotly contested as the presidential election (we’ll leave it to you to decide the turkey). The emotions over the Thanksgiving favorite often runs along the Mason-Dixon line, but our intrepid Fall Food Panel decided to wade in with their thoughts in the November edition. I called it stuffing but then again I grew up in NY. It wasn't until I married a southerner that I first heard the term dressing.
