Watch The Election Returns at Manuel's Tavern

After a very exciting political season, Manuel’s Tavern is looking forward to the culmination of the last two years on Election Day on November 4th, 2008. We look forward to hosting a very large number of people watching the results and enjoying the festivities.

For the last few decades, Manuel’s Tavern has been an informal election headquarters for voters. This year it all started with the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries. It continued through Super Tuesday of 2008 and then through the rest of the battle between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Throughout the primaries and the related debates, we saw record crowds.

But the number of people who came to the tavern for the Democratic National Convention and the debates between John McCain and Barack Obama was unprecedented.

And now we expect record crowds for election night on Tuesday, November 4th, 2008 and look forward to a great night of anticipation and festivities.

Join the Tavern during our election celebration for a chance to see old friends, talk politics, and maybe scream in delight or despair.
