Oceanaire Hosts Fall Wine Dinner

Join The Oceanaire Seafood Room as they host a fall wine dinner on Friday, Nov. 7, at 6:30 p.m. The evening will feature five wonderful courses, each paired with the perfect wine from Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to complement the palate, for only $65 per person.

The first course will feature a Pan Seared George's Bank Sea Scallop, paired with Chateau Ste. Michelle, Pinot Gris, Columbia Valley 2007.

The second course boasts a Butter Poached American Gold Salmon, served with Chateau Ste. Michelle "Indian Wells," Chardonnay, Columbia Valley 2004.

Next, guests will enjoy the Braised "On the Bone" Monkfish Tail, paired nicely with Chateau Ste. Michelle "Orphelin," Proprietary Red Blend, Columbia Valley 2004.

The fourth course will be Hawaiian Tuna Verte au Poivre with Chateau Ste. Michelle "Indian Wells," Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley 2005.

For dessert, diners will indulge in the Warm White Chocolate and Bing Cherry Bread Pudding.
