Chef Arnaud Berthelier creates a magnificent four-course dinner as only he can, and Sommelier Robert Evans pairs wines to each course for a truly splendid experience. The cost is $137 per person for the four-course menu; $207 per person with wines paired to each course, exclusive of tax and gratuities. Early reservations are encouraged.

Holiday Tea with Santa Claus in The Lobby Lounge
Fridays and Saturdays from November 28 to December 20, 2008
2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Holiday-themed tea sandwiches will be served in the traditional style of Afternoon Tea.
Guests may choose sweet selections such as scones, tea cakes, cookies and luxurious tea pastries of the season from a lavish holiday dessert presentation. The Ritz-Carlton Hot Chocolate Barista will create hot chocolate to order.Adult, $43, children 12 and under, $38.
