Chocolate Buffet at Four Seasons Hotel

The acclaimed Chocolate Buffet at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta has returned. But this time, it has a sweet twist!

Every Friday evening from 9 p.m. to midnight beginning Fri., Jan. 30th to Fri., March 27th (except Feb. 13, Valentine's Day weekend), Four Seasons Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jennings is inviting a local celebrity to join him in the kitchen to share their favorite chocolate recipe for others to experience.

From Grandma's Best Chocolate Cake to My Homemade Truffles, each dessert will accompany a personal story from its celebrity partner.

Chocolate is my weakness, shares chocolate celebrity, JaQuitta Williams, a recent breast cancer survivor and former WSB anchor. Williams will feature her mother's fudge brownies at the Celebrity Chocolate Buffet on Fri., Feb. 20th with partner breast cancer survivors and choc-o-holics.

I grew up eating my mothers fudge brownies with nuts, says Williams. I enjoyed them with ice cream, Kool-Aid, hot chocolate, water, you name it. Brownies were a gift from my mother when there was a special occasion, a reward for good grades or dessert after Sunday dinner. And if there were leftovers on Monday morning, I would sneak a few for breakfast. Other scheduled chocolate celebrities include Atlanta Braves Pitcher, Tim Hudson; award-winning radio host, Mara Davis of 92.9 DAVE FM; entrepreneur and wife of former Lieutenant Governor Mark Taylor, Sacha Taylor; editor of Atlantan Magazine, Nancy Staab, Keisha Knight Pulliam (Rudy from The Cosby Show), and many more.

Celebrity Chocolate Nights is an extension of the acclaimed Chocolate Buffet available at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta every Friday and Saturday evening through March 28, 2009. Year after year, Park 75's all-you-can-eat Chocolate Buffet becomes the guilty pleasure for Atlanta locals and visitors alike. Led by Executive Pastry Chef Christopher Jennings, the buffet features decadent chocolate offerings such as Chocolate Lollipops and Chocolate-Walnut Caramel Cubes.

The buffet includes up to 15 ever-changing chocolate temptations for $20 per person. Park 75 is located at 75 Fourteenth Street in the Midtown area of Atlanta. Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is the only Mobil Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond hotel in the city. For more information about Park 75, a complete line-up of celebrities for the Celebrity Chocolate Buffet or to place reservations, please call Park 75 at (404) 253-3840.

Thanks for this post. . .I was wondering whether or not this amazing opportunity was going to return. This is one of my wife and I's favorites.

I love these Chocolate Buffets, but why are they so late at night? Who can eat chocolate after 9pm. Sometimes they have them earlier in the day. Wish they do this again.
