"Eggrolls n' Sweet Tea" at Evening at Emory

"Chinese Southern Belles," the mother/daughter team of Natalie and Margaret Keng, offers a unique blend of culture, travel and teaching experience to their passion and enjoyment of eating and cooking Chinese and fusion cuisine. The team has been known for their Southern/Asian creations for over 30 years. "Eggrolls n' Sweet Tea" is their debut at Evening at Emory.

It's a part of a new broader initiative to celebrate food, family and culture, including highlighting local markets, health and sustainability, says Natalie. This new mini-course and initiative on Asian Markets & Food/Culture will be held on March 26th and 28th. The cost for two sessions is $135.
