Chocolate 2009 Funraiser for Cystic Fibrosis

On Thursday, June 18, Chocolate! 2009, one of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest fundraisers, will be held again at Villa Christina in Dunwoody from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $65 in advance and $75 at the door. The exclusive evening will feature live jazz, a chocolate martini bar, full dinner buffet, silent auction and, of course, all-you-can-eat chocolate treats. These delectable confections will be prepared by some of Atlanta's most outstanding restaurants, bakeries, vintners and caterers including:

Chocolate! 2009 is a unique Atlanta event that expects 1000 attendees and has a goal of $100,000 net for cystic fibrosis research. The event will be sponsored by VitaminWater Ten ®, and will feature witty cocktails and a silent auction.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was established in 1955 to assure the development of a cure and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease. Cystic fibrosis is an aggressive, genetic disease that affects approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States. Successful events such as Chocolate! and the generous contributions of volunteers and sponsors are responsible for funding this state-of-the-art scientific research.
