Metrotainment Cafes, Inc., one of Atlanta’s oldest and leading hospitality companies serving the Atlanta area for over 18 years, has announced the recruitment of Todd Semrau as Managing Partner of Einstein’s, its flagship restaurant in midtown Atlanta.
A graduate of Georgia State University, Todd stayed close to campus when he opened Heaping Bowl and Brew, Eureka and The Automatic. Semrau also co-founded Six Feet Under Pub & Fish House, which is now under separate management. Todd has championed the revitalization of in-town neighborhoods through the development of community-focused restaurant concepts since 1995. His restaurants contributed to the smart growth of East Atlanta Village, Cabbage Town, Grant Park and Oakhurst.
Metrotainment Cafes, Inc. has been in business since 1991 and it’s properties include Einstein’s, Cowtippers, Joe’s on Juniper, Joe’s on Sullivan, Cheyenne Grille, Metrotainment Bakery, Garrison’s Broiler & Tap locations in Vinings and Johns Creek and Hudson Grille locations in Alpharetta, Brookhaven and Perimeter Mall.
