Special Dinner at Dogwood

On Tuesday, April 14, Executive Chef and Co-Owner Shane Touhy of Dogwood gives Atlantans
a sneak preview of the meal he'll be preparing at the James Beard House later that week in New York City. On this day, Dogwood is offering Touhy's full menu paired with Swanson Vineyards wines for the fixed price cost of $95 per person plus tax and gratuity.

At Dogwood, guests will savor a unique menu of American style dishes that reveal regional influences and showcase local products, and Touhy's seasonal selections for the James Beard House Supper with Swanson Vineyards uncover a similarly elegant approach to Southern cuisine.

The four course meal will feature cornmeal dusted oyster, pan seared Georgia mountain trout, sunchoke puree, marinated wild mushroom salad, charred rare venison tartare and brown butter-almond financière and crème brûlée ice cream with Grand Marnier-strawberry syrup paired with Swanson Luminous Gewürztraminer Ice

Guests must call (404) 835-1410 to reserve a table for Tuesday, April 14. For diners who wish to order the special James Beard House menu at Dogwood, all guests at their table must also order the same menu.

Dogwood is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and dinner Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant can also be reserved for special events.
