Sprouts Green Cafe will celebrate its Grand Opening in Emory Village on North Decatur Road this Friday, May 22nd.
The hip new eatery, developed by Georgia entrepreneur Keith Gross, will offer a variety of dishes, including some vegan selections. Rice bowls, paninis, sandwiches, soups, salads, house-made juices (including home-grown wheatgrass) and smoothies are just a few of the items on the menu. The restaurant focuses on natural foods and minimal processing, and obtains as many of its ingredients as possible from local sources. Forget about phosphates, nitrates, or antibiotics! The great-tasting menu items are healthy and affordable.
