Joel Restaurant Chef Cyrille Holota will toast summer with a five-course beer dinner on Tuesday, July 15. The opening reception begins at 6:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. Chef Cyrille Holota’s five-course menu will be paired with French beers selected by Sommelier Perrine Prieur. The price is $90.00 per person for the French fare and beer pairings (tax and gratuity not included). The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead as specialist Amy Eslami from Barcardi brings three recipes and demonstrates muddling and mixing techniques. Then guests make their own mojitos to enjoy along with a selection of tapas.
